We offer 2-hour long private events where your select group will learn the basics of gameplay and get an opportunity to play a shortened segment of a game. This event is great for a team-building opportunity, work social, corporate event, family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette party, birthday party, or any other party you can think of!
No equipment needed, but you need to.... Dress warm but in layers. Warm socks, flexible, comfortable, closed-toed, flat rubber-soled shoes - tennis shoes work well, (for safety reasons, absolutely no heels of any kind, flip flops, boots, dress shoes, loafers, converse, uggs or toms), pants that allow for movement (preferably not jeans as they restrict your movement and hold in the wetness from touching knee to ice. Also, shorts of any kind are not recommended as you will be touching knees to ice - you'll see why when we show you the ice after it's prepped), a lightweight jacket, gloves and a maybe a hat for fun.
We do require 3-week advance notice for our events as we need to check to make sure the ice is available and we can find instructors to teach.
The cost for this event is $500 + the ice rental cost (Paid directly to the Weber County Sports Complex) for the first 20 people, then $25 per additional person. We can comfortably hold 40 people on the ice. But please reach out anyway for other alternatives.
